Position Overview

The Logo Specialist will report to our Logo Manager and will be responsible for entering and assisting customers with their custom logo orders, assisting in creating art proofs, and making revisions on existing art proofs using Adobe Illustrator, with customer-provided logos, to create production ready artwork. The Logo Specialist will follow up with the customer to ensure everything is correct before the products are custom printed and will advise them of lead times and any production issues. Artistic ability is helpful, but design experience is not necessary.

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for entering and managing custom logo orders and quotes
  • Work with customers to make art changes and correct quantities, pricing, part numbers, etc.
  • Work with Sales reps to manage logo backorders
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations and Print Shop to ensure orders are processed correctly
  • Create art proofs and make revisions on existing art proofs using Adobe Illustrator
  • Communicate effectively with Sales reps and customers on any issues that may arise on proofs
  • Assist Customer Service in various other areas if needed

  • Detail Oriented - Ensures that information is reviewed in a thorough and accurate manner. The ability to focus on the smaller elements and fine points of customer sales orders is essential
  • Problem Solving - Identifies problems; researches and analyzes problems, finds alternative solutions, and creates action steps to solve problems
  • Team Cohesion -The ability to get along with a diverse group of people, including employees in the Sales, Customer Service, and Operations departments
  • Customer Service - Must be able to manage difficult or emotional customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, and follow through on commitments in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and/or prior graphic arts experience preferred
  • Prior administrative experience in administrative sales support preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail is a must
  • Ability and desire to create a positive customer experience
  • Ability to learn our ERP system
